In Scotland, Gritter and snow plows are 24 hours of standby time from 1st November to 31 March. It makes me laugh, run, city, Russia and Canada in the form of heavy snowfall, and yet they manage to public transport.
London, Century 21, we have a little snow after Russia and Canada, compared with 5 days notice we suddenly snow grains and public transportation.
TFL and local boards, pull back with your finger and can run these congested roads for buses may be able to go and people to work.

It was the worst thing ever. Not even try to sand the floor or the whole of the street and the pavement was snow, and so deep. Try pushing a stroller for that. It was hell, to the store for milk!
Makes you wonder why pay taxes. Last week it snowed about five minutes and Gritt were in full force. We know that there is snow even for a while and do nothing.
