New dpg files don't work on my week-old R4 SDHC? - r4 sdhc dpg

R4SDHC did I convert my card for my DS a little more than a week, the first group of files to DPG converter super well, but since then all attempts and use of the card is only error and refuses to work.
I have to work many different converters and none of them.
DPGtools, DPGenc, EzBuild, Super ...

Can anyone provide strict requirements for size ... Frame rate / bitrate / etc, so I can at least try this thing working again ...

I'm trying to convert small files .. Music videos / trailers, something ...
